Get out to vote, rock the vote, encourage others to vote, it’s that time again.  To make sure you can vote, you must register for all local, state, and federal elections by October 20, 2008.  El Cerrito residents can register at any post office, the DMV, or the city clerk’s office.  If you have changed your address, or if you changed party affiliation, you need to re-register to vote.
