Rumors of Snakes Have Been Greatly Exaggerated | 7:34 p.m. Here’s a creepy little P.S. on an e-mail from the Committee of Seventy, a voter watchdog group in Philadelphia: “P.S. We apologize for reporting earlier today about snakes in a polling place in Delaware County. We should have driven out there ourselves rather than take the word from someone calling into the hotline. Thanks for letting us know when we make a mistake.”
