The thing that makes me cringe everytime I read that phrase in defense of No on 8, is that they make it sound like they have had this 'right' since the beginning of time - When in actuality, it was bought and paid for (under the table) last May... We should all be incensed that the actual and true basic human and democratic 'rights' of the people of CA were completely ignored when this act of judicial defiance took place .
